Choral Works
Allan Naplan's choral works have sold more than 1.2 million copies worldwide. Performances of his works have taken place in distinguished concert halls and other venues of note around the world, including
Carnegie Hall, The White House, Musikverein Wien (Austria) The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Musei Vaticani (Rome), Lincoln Center, Gran Teatre del Liceu (Spain) and in-space, on-board Space Shuttle Columbia (Mission STS 107).
Naplan's choral works have been featured at multiple national events, including the 9/11 Ground Zero 10-year anniversary commemoration and the first anniversary memorial for the Columbine High School tragedy. As many of Naplan's works celebrate inclusive and universal themes, his pieces are regularly featured in both secular and sacred settings.

Music for Services
Allan Naplan's original music for Jewish services is derived from his work as a cantorial soloist. The pieces featured below and elsewhere on this site are inspired by traditional Hebrew prayers, as well as from other elements of Jewish liturgy, holidays or tradition. Many of these works can be heard regularly as standard service repertoire in temples or in other Jewish cultural settings.

Allan Naplan maintains an active career as a non-profit arts executive, composer and cantorial soloist. Since 2013, Allan has served as Executive and Producing Director, CEO of
Arizona Musicfest in Scottsdale, AZ. In this capacity, he oversees all concert season programming and business operations of the acclaimed non-profit arts organization. An accomplished musician, Allan has enjoyed a long career as a composer of choral music and solo repertoire, for both secular and religious settings. An award-winning composer, his works have been heard at Carnegie Hall, The White House The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, in space on-board Space Shuttle Columbia (Mission STS-107) and in distinguished concert venues around the world. As a cantorial soloist and composer of contemporary Jewish music, Allan's settings of prayers and related texts have become popular repertoire for Jewish services and other cultural events.
